Fleet Management By Sense4Boat
What is Sarda?
Fleet management is enhanced with Sarda’s ability to track your boat fleet’s movements in real time, helping you analyze usage patterns and optimize operations with precise, actionable data.
You can also monitor critical parameters such as water ingress (bilge levels), battery voltage, and temperature changes — all in real time when paired with Sense4Boat sensors.
Receive instant alerts via SMS or email for any dangerous or unusual activity, helping you prevent issues before they become problems.
Self-Powered Autonomous Monitoring
Plug-and-play boat sensors that continuously track your vessel’s vital signs — bilge, battery, temperature, GPS location, and more coming soon.
Each sensor operates independently of your boat’s main power supply and communicates wirelessly with the Sense4Boat Cloud Network.
Activate it in the app, mount it, and relax — whether you’re a weekend boater or a full-time live-aboard, you’ll be up and running in minutes.

Boat Fleet Management.
SARDA Fleet lets you track and manage up to 300 boats in one fleet. With easy-to-install GPS trackers, you can stay on top of each vessel’s location, battery status, and more.
Boat Status.
Set up and manage individual boats through the online Sarda interface. Gain insights into availability and optionally enhance functionality with additional Sense4Boat sensors.
Boat Locations.
When boats are on the move, SARDA GPS trackers update their position every 15 seconds. Once anchored or moored, the GPS tracker sends its location every 3 to 24 hours (configurable).
Safe and No-Go Zones.
Define geographic areas such as “safe zones” and “no-go zones,” and receive notifications when your boats enter or leave them. Guests on board will also be automatically notified with relevant information, saving you time and effort.
Boat Availability.
SARDA Fleet includes its own boat availability system for managing the status of your vessels. It’s also compatible with several boat booking systems, allowing you to keep all your booking data in one place.
Owner and Guest Notifications.
If a boat’s battery is low or a vessel enters a restricted area, both the fleet owner and the guest onboard are automatically notified — ensuring timely action can be taken.
Automatic Alerts for Clients
SARDA Fleet goes beyond standard tracking solutions by also keeping your guests informed. Renters can see the boat’s status and receive automatic alerts for potential issues — such as low battery, entering unsafe areas, or leaving designated zones.
SARDA Fleet will even remind guests to return to port when their rental time is ending and the boat is still far away.
You can relax knowing your guests will receive all the important messages automatically, without needing to install anything on their phones.
Trusted by Marine Professionals Worldwide
From research organizations to rental fleets, SARDA helps marine professionals stay connected, efficient, and informed at sea.
The Blue World Institute uses SARDA Fleet to track the movements of its research vessels across the Adriatic Sea. By combining SARDA GPS data with their photo identification and weather observations, the team builds a detailed understanding of the population, movement, and behavior of marine mammals in the region.
This integration enables more accurate research insights and supports the Institute’s mission to protect and preserve the Adriatic ecosystem.
The GNSS / GPS Device
The SARDA Fleet GPS tracker reports your boats’ location and speed in real time. It also monitors the voltage of the connected battery bank and alerts you if voltage drops below a set threshold.
The device includes an internal backup battery, allowing it to continue operating even when disconnected from external power. It’s easy to install using a simple two-wire adapter.
If network connectivity is lost, the device securely stores all data in its internal memory and automatically uploads it to the SARDA Fleet Control Center once the connection is restored — ensuring no data is ever lost.
