Lokket Topside Services - Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Lokket Inc. (“Lokket”) provides professional vessel maintenance services including wash downs, interior cleaning, detailing, and related topside care (“Services”). Services will be performed as described in the Client’s approved service order, estimate, or booking confirmation.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure Lokket has access to the vessel and dock area during the scheduled time. Weather, marina access restrictions, or safety concerns may cause rescheduling. Lokket will notify Clients promptly of any changes.
3. Payment & Billing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring or subscription services, payments will be processed automatically as scheduled. Late or declined payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee or a minimum cancellation charge.
5. Condition of Vessel
Lokket is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, oxidation, or deterioration of finishes, fabrics, or surfaces.
- Corrosion, electrical issues, or water intrusion unrelated to the services performed.
If any such conditions are found, Lokket may pause work and notify the Client before proceeding.
6. Liability Limitation
Lokket takes care in every service, but:
- Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the service performed.
- Lokket is not liable for consequential, indirect, or loss-of-use damages.
- Any issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
7. Safety & Products
Lokket uses marine-grade, environmentally responsible cleaning products. If a Client requests the use of non-standard products or materials, the Client assumes all associated risks.
8. Regular / Recurring Services
For ongoing wash downs or cleaning schedules, this agreement remains active until cancelled by either party with at least seven (7) days’ written notice.
9. Photos & Documentation
Lokket may take before-and-after photos of the vessel for quality assurance and service documentation. Images will not be shared publicly without client consent.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, confirming, or paying for a Lokket Topside Service, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
