My internet connection has been extremely reliable and, on those infrequent occasions when there has been an issue, Eric and his team have been promptly responsive. They have been proactive in offering me of equipment upgrades. Lokket's billing system has dependably serviced my account without fail or complication. In reviewing my account, I found that my e-mails are answered within a day, and my few issues were resolved quickly - often on the same workday.
